Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Local shipping will occur next day.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
All shipping rates are auto populated by Canada Post and cannot be changed. Shipping costs and estimated shipping times will be posted on your cart during checkout
For Auction items - All auction items won will be billed separately from "Buy it Now" items. If you do purchase items from both locations, please reach out to use before you pay for your auction win and we can combine your shipping with all "Buy It Now" items.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
All shipping will have tracking numbers. They will be provided to you once package is set out
Customs, duties, and taxes
Lockster Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Canadian tax will be applied to all purchases to customers with Canada
Lockster Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lockster Inc. will only accept returns for nonworking, new condition items. Return window is 30 days from purchase date. If you have purchased an incorrect item, please reach out to our team and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
